im going to try and highlight their accomplishments more here.
MISSON STATEMENT-jamie s., matt b., joel p., johncsb
"moving to the country, gonna eat a lot of peaches" jamie's back from americorps, and i cant wait to see these dudes start up again.
KINGSHEAD -travis, mike, christian, and twelvie
i was getting a little discouraged when it came to music coming from virginia beach, but thankfully kingshead showed up. everytime i see them play there presence gets even tighter and im looking forward to going home and seeing them play more throughout my summer.
SEAHAWK -drewcsb, johncsb, ronniecsb, kevinsaur, and jehou fantastica
so stoked on this band. with a song about jack bauer how could you not like this band? as a band composing of 5 members who were previous members in some of my favorite bands-dragonsaur, cutback, mission statement- seahawk has quickly become one of my most listened to bands.
NO EXCUSE -chris c, ned, parsons, and matt
formed and recorded in a short period of time it seems, but becoming a favorite of mine and in the richmond hardcore scene. hopefully theyll keep it going and maybe play some beach shows this summer break.
